2023 Starship Fundraiser- SOLD OUT
HPSA is pleased to be cohosting our second annual fundraiser for public schools with the help of Tampa's Yacht Starship on September 27, 2023. Enjoy an evening sail in support our local Hillsborough County schools. Space is limited.

Jessica Dubois
Jessica DuBois is the CEO of Hillsborough Public School Advocates. She is a seasoned technology sales professional and has a passion for children’s education. She has led children's religious programs at her local congregation. Jessica’s strength in long-term strategy building lends itself naturally to co-lead HPSA in their multi-faceted approach.
Paula Castaño
Paula Castaño is the Co-Founder and President of Hillsborough Public School Advocates and has a background in educational research and a Master's Degree in Education. She has worked as a public school teacher and in the Counterterrorism Division at the FBI. Paula utilizes her operational and analytical training to benefit this organization and our public schools.
